"how to overcome stress"
- Everyday of our lives, their is always "stress" but if you know how to deal in positive way..you can outrun stress.I tried to do yoga and reflect once in a while, although it could lessen....but still maybe after a week the stress is there.
- So i try to find ways, i went to the ocean and i shouted to the tops of lungs...I don't like stress, stress go away I don't need you...i repeat it for ten times and after that i feel ok.Secondly, you stood in the front of the mirror and look straight in your eyes and say..i will be ok, i will be alright for ten times again.Third, you confront the stress and deal the negative energy into vigorous work out like boxing and i tell you feel good after doing the three steps.
